Controller for IQ SENSOR NET, System 2020 XT


Design according to the minimum requirements for measuring instruments used at 
waste water treatment plants defined by ATV (waste water association) in bulletin M256.

Module IQ/Micro controller with air pressure measurement and Modbus RTU and RS 485 connection; 
IQ SENSOR NET multiparameter measuring system for the connection of up to 20 arbitrary IQ sensors.

Equipped with the following features:

- USB-interface
- LAN-interface
- Ethernet fieldbus (Ethernet/IP, Modbus/TCP or Profinet)
- Modbus RTU and RS 485 for connection to field bus
- Fully automatic air pressure compensation (for oxygen measurement)
- With data memory for up to 525.600 datasets
- With  2 free SENSOR NET connections, usable for IQ sensors or for the SENSOR NET
- Stack mounting (and at the same time electrical connection) to any IQ SENSOR NET module possible

Measured parameters:
pH/ORP, D. O., conductivity, temperature, turbidity, total dissolved solids, ammonium, nitrate, 
carbon (COD, TOC, DOC, BOD or SAC) in any combination

Measuring ranges:
defined by the connected sensor.

Directly via the IQ SENSOR NET (low voltage max. 24 VDC)

Line voltage:
Depending on power supply module 90-264 VAC or 24 V AC/DC.

Digital transmission technique

Current outputs:
- Depending on the connected MIQ/CR3 combination output module,
3 analog outputs are available that can be arbitrarily allocated.
- Depending on the connected MIQ/C6 combination output module, 
6 analog outputs are available that can be arbitrarily allocated.

3 relay outputs are available that can be freely configured.
